I still get nervous thinking about it....

I had the opportunity of speaking in Stake Conference last month.
The topic was whatever I felt inspired to speak on.
I really didn't want to speak on what I felt inspired to speak on.
But I did.
And I was nervous.
So nervous.
Nervous enough that my legs were shaking so hard it made my bum jiggle.
Lucky choir members behind me!
I wasn't nervous because of the setting, but because of the topic.
But it felt good to feel the Spirit so strong and know what needed to be said.
And I did know. And felt Him strong.

Last night I spoke about Mary and a few lessons we can all learn from her.

And, now. No more speaking assignments for the rest of the year!! :)

LOL....I really don't like that abbreviation....

I LOVE it when I laugh out loud.

Sincerely, genuinely just laugh out loud.

By myself.

And then continue to laugh at random parts throughout the day

just thinking about it.

It's amazing how long you can keep running when you are running to the cadence of

I went to the Expo.

Got my name on the Niketown wall!! (can you see it?)

Made my own smoothie...the beginning of carb loading!

Got my manicure!

More carb loading...

Won some new Nikes!!!

And some more carb loading...

Got up at 6 AM and acted excited about it!

Along with 20,000 other women (and a few brave men)

Got pre-race pumped! Waiting to cross the start line (it took 18 minutes....)

Ran with some wonderful friends and some GREAT entertainment!! I didn't even pop the ipod in once! And ran the whole time!! :)

Took LOTS of running pictures!

Ran by Alcatraz...

and Fisherman's Wharf And a foggy Golden Gate Bridge!

Ran up killer hill! And passed all those walkers!!

Fell in the final mile...

And found some tuxedo-clad firefighters with some real cute blue boxes!

"I wonder if I close my eyes they won't see how "beautiful" I look?!?"

Added some bling to the collection...

Got wrapped up in my designer "Cole Hann" foil wrap!

Stretched...

Got a wonderful 30 minute massage!

And finally....Showered!!

It was by far the most fun I have had running 13.1 miles!!

I loved it!!

Have you ever seen a Walmart parking lot this empty??Me either!! I started composing my blog in my head immediately, gawking in amazement, taking pictures to get just the right angle.

And then....

I tripped....

And then I looked over to the Urgent Care parking lot....

Which wasn't NEARLY as empty. :(

Apparently I wasn't the only falling over in amazement!!
