Oh San Fran, why are you so much fun??!

in west philadelphia born and raised...

I secretly hope that Will Smith sees this post and is dying to meet us!

And that Fresh Prince of Bel Air makes a comeback...

And this could be my favorite little sister picture of ALL time...

tiffany's necklace....I mean Nike Womens Marathon....

ALL of it....

It's amazing how long you can keep running when you are running to the cadence of

"Tif-fan-ys! Tif-fan-ys! Tif-fan-ys!"

I went to the Expo.

Got my name on the Niketown wall!! (can you see it?)

Made my own smoothie...the beginning of carb loading!

Got my manicure!

More carb loading...

Won some new Nikes!!!

And some more carb loading...

Got up at 6 AM and acted excited about it!

Along with 20,000 other women (and a few brave men)

Got pre-race pumped! Waiting to cross the start line (it took 18 minutes....)

Ran with some wonderful friends and some GREAT entertainment!! I didn't even pop the ipod in once! And ran the whole time!! :)

Took LOTS of running pictures!

Ran by Alcatraz...

and Fisherman's Wharf And a foggy Golden Gate Bridge!

Ran up killer hill! And passed all those walkers!!

Fell in the final mile...

And found some tuxedo-clad firefighters with some real cute blue boxes!

"I wonder if I close my eyes they won't see how "beautiful" I look?!?"

Added some bling to the collection...

Got wrapped up in my designer "Cole Hann" foil wrap!

Stretched...

Got a wonderful 30 minute massage!

And finally....Showered!!

It was by far the most fun I have had running 13.1 miles!!

I loved it!!

if I blogged in July, part 4...

Have you ever seen a Walmart parking lot this empty??Me either!! I started composing my blog in my head immediately, gawking in amazement, taking pictures to get just the right angle.

And then....

I tripped....

And then I looked over to the Urgent Care parking lot....

Which wasn't NEARLY as empty. :(

Apparently I wasn't the only falling over in amazement!!

I blame this darn blog!
And my circa 2002 shoes....

if I blogged in July, part 3...

My roommate, Ashlee and I had most of the summer off together. One day we decided to paint the bathroom and laundry room. We were excited and spent ALL day working at it. Then we realized we had bought tickets to a show that started in 30 mins. So we threw our hair back and put on some "show" clothes and ran out the door!! I was slightly embarrassed of my hands, I wish the picture could've more accurately displayed what they looked like.

...but the show was phenomenal!! So good!! Loved it!!

A totally cool display at the Venetian...

if I blogged in July, part 2....

I would've talked about the phenomenal craft table at the Baugh Reunion!!

It's kinda embarrassing how much bigger I am than the other kids....

I love the annual family portrait, especially of the Baugh brothers and sisters...if I was real ambitious I would should you the same picture through all the years...it really hasn't changed. Those Baugh genes!!!

if i blogged in July....

I would've talked about

Grandpa's Mountain

My Grandpa owns 60 acres near Cedar Breaks. I have always loved going up here. We have spent a lot of time up there as a family and there are a lot of great memories. It is a beautiful, peaceful place. I love thinking of the legacy my grandparents have created and I love having a "mountain" to call our own!!

Oh, and I love the smores (with a Baugh twist) also!!! We put Reese's Peanut Butter Cups in our smores instead of Hershey's Chocolate Bar....YUM!!! and YUM!!

And, also...

The Holyoak Family Review. We set out to conquer Parowan's best-tasting onion ring and English chips. And while these pictures look completely disgusting...it was a lot of fun!! :)

And the winner??

Dairy Freeze for Onion Rings

Hamburger Patty's for English Chips

....in case you were wondering.

Today (July 12th) would've been Grandpa's 100th birthday.

Happy Birthday, Grandpa!!

I definitely miss you!

A lot!

Love,
Tease Cat

i really, really love my car....

....a lot!

i know what you are....

I love October through December in Vegas, for several reasons. But one of the main ones is that I get to wear my cowgirl hat, belt buckle, and cowgirl boots. My only claim to real cowgirl-ness is that I love country music and country-western dancing. But this year, I think my ranking went up a little! I was at the Pahrump, Nevada Fall Festival and the following happened:

I was walking along the fair deciding on which fair food I was going to indulge in that night. I wasn't looking down, so I almost tripped over this little 4 year old girl, stopped dead in a slew of hungry fair-go-ers, with her mouth dropped as far open as possible starring at me. Then she says,

"I know what you are!" and before I could even answer she says, "You are a REAL cowgirl!!"

I couldn't bear tell her the truth. So I just blushed and smiled and in my best southern accent said, "Yes, yes I am..."

I've never wanted to be a Disneyland Princess so bad in my whole life!!!
