The Arizona Shower!

This was such a fun shower for me. It was great to be with some of my closest friends in the whole world (we've been friends for 24 years!) and also some of my most influential church leaders. I felt like I had been waiting for this moment to happen to me for YEARS! It was even better than I could have even imagined! I love all these women! They have truly helped to form me into the woman I am today!

The decorations were beautiful! I have such talented friends!

I loved all of the meaningful and wonderful gifts!

Later that night I got blindfolded...
When I finally got to see what was going on there was a ginormous
white, stretched, Hummer limo waiting for me!!!!
I could NOT believe it!

Better yet...I could NOT believe the fun we had inside!
We drove around parts of town and re-enacted parts, mainly embarrassing
parts of my life in Glendale! It was like we were 16 again...literally! Our poor limo driver
had to think we were completely insane, especially since the only beverage what Apple Juice!

It only got crazier the longer we were in that limo.
It seriously had to be one of the best, most fun nights of my life!!


I love these girls! And cannot believe the effort and cost that went into all this. They are seriously the best friends a girl could ask for!!

The Utah Bridal Shower.
Josh's sister, and now my sister-in-law threw me a bridal shower up in Utah with the help of their cousin Brittany! It was great! It was so fun to see all my friends, family and future family in Utah and to celebrate the excitement! The shower decorations were so cute! And the food was delicious of course!

My first bridal shower!

Marcie Fleck, my sister Jill, and Janie Nance worked together to throw an awesome shower. I was amazed and excited from the time I saw the invitations! Everything was perfect. The theme was "Adventure". They highlighted my travels over the years and had yummy cuisine to match. It was such a nice shower with a wonderful video! I loved it!!

I was in charge of date night, so I surprised Josh with a drive along the Extraterrestrial Highway with a special dinner at The A'Le'Inn in Rachel, Nevada. We heard about their "World Famous" Burgers. Not sure why we don't have pictures...we think the alien's stole them or perhaps it was the stare-down we received from the time we opened the door to the time we left....maybe it was locals night!

There was DEFINITELY plenty of picture taking opportunities! :)
